We have limited warranty for most of our products and on this page we will itemize the warranty and the process.
The information on this page is focused on the products warranty and workmanship and could be subject to change.
This information is current as of September 10, 2024 unless otherwise stated in writing in messages or other communications after this date.

Our goal is to provide a strong commercial quality and appealing product for your business or events. We never plan for equipment to fail, and we always do everything we can to be sure we offer the best materials in our products and continue to improve whenever we see an opportunity.
General Information
Carnival Manufacturing Limited Warranty
Coverage
Products manufactured by Carnival Manufacturing (Carnival MFG) are warranted against defects in marterial and workmanship. Warranty is void if equipment is damaged by accident, unreasonable use, neglect, unauthorized and or improper service and repairs, or other causes not arising out of defects in material workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or neglect or proper maintenance.
Duration Products that are manufactured by Carnival MFG are warranted for (6) months unless otherwise stated in each product(s) warranty description. The cosmetic workmanship is warranted for (15) days unless otherwise stated in each product(s) warranty description. The duration commences once the delivery is accepted from the delivery or freight company.
Performance During the warranty period, and in the event that a situation cannot be resolved by telephone or communication of an agreed upon service or repair method the item may need to be shipped back or on-site service may be required. In the event the products need to be shipped, all shipping and insurance fees for warranty work is solely the responsibility of the the customer. Carnival MFG cannot be held resposnible for improper handling or any other damage incurred in tranist. No charge will be made for labor or materials for repair of in-warranty products. Out-of warranty products will be charged repair rates at the time the prodcut is received.

Purchase Agreement and Terms and Conditions
Warranty
Warranty is covered under the "Carnival Manufacturing Limited Warranty" in this section.
Ordering
Orders from Carnival MFG can be made through the online ordering websites or you can order by calling or email. We will send an invoice through PayPal and the payment can be processed directly though PayPal. For large purchases with a procution time over 2 weeks we allow a 50% deposit on these orders. The remaining 50% is due when the product is ready to ship. The freight will be determined at the time of completion and this amount will be due prior to shipment.
Purchasing
All payment and credit card information is not kept or held in record by Carnival MFG. We use all 3rd party payment processing companies such as paypal. The terms and use of those companies appy. We are not to be held liable for any mistakes made by these companies with your information or payments.
Shipping
For items small and light Carnival MFG will use standard shipping companies UPS, FedEx, and USPS for transport. For larger items, freight transport will be necessary. When shipping the freight we use a 3rd party booking services and we are booking the transport for you as a convenience. The customer may also pick up the product(s) or arrange their own shipping from our Sheldon, Iowa location. Once the product has been accepted by the freight company or picked up from the manufacturing facility, it becomes the property of the customer. We cannot be held liable for any damages or losses by the transport company.
In the event that damage occurs during transport, the customer can refuse the load or accept it depending on the severity of damage. (Cosmetic damage such as a paint touch up can be better self repaired by the customer to save costs with the insurance money) An insurance claim will be filed on your behalf and the insurance company will perform inspections in person or by photos. The insurance will make a determination and send a check minus any deductibles to the person that booked the freight order. If the load was rejected and sent back to Carnival MFG we will build new pieces or make repairs if possible and send back to the customer. The freight company will not charge for the first damaged shipment so we will be shipping again as the original paid shipment for the second time. In a complete loss situation, Carnival MFG will replace the entire product and send by freight the second time as mentioned above. The customer will owe any offset cost of the insurance deductible for the product at the original purchase price.

Mini Golf
Wooden Mini Golf Sets
The warranty covers as follows; wooden structural parts of the mini golf frames from non-intentional failures such as splitting, cracking, glue failures, and fastener failures. The plastic bumpers, ball cup, and tee plate mounted to the surface from non-intentional failures, the hole number graphics from delaminating, the carpet from unraveling from itself. The LED strips and controllers are covered from operational failure but not adhesion failure. The warranty does not include the painted surfaces from scrapes, scratches, and chips. It also does not include any items from general wear from regular usage.
The wood frame sets can get wet but cannot be left outside in the weather for a long time. The warranty will not cover water damage. The wood frames are made from pine and primed and painted with outdoor paints and all the fasteners and glues are outdoor use materials. The LED light strips are also outdoor grade. Outdoor grade does not mean submerged waterproof.
In most cases if there are any pieces that get damaged, we will send replacements at no cost. We will determine the cause and if the replacement is necessary. To start the process, we need to receive as much information as possible about what damage occurred and the cause as well as photos if available and email it to us at carnivalbuilder@gmail.com.
